Monday Wrap-Up: Turnovers, Takeaways the Difference on Sunday

In Sunday’s game, the Rams finished with around 370 gross offensive yards, had 23 first downs to the Bills’ 15, and possessed the ball for 35:33 to Buffalo’s 24:26.

“That’s a formula for success, that’s a formula for winning, and one would expect to do so,” Fisher said.
The difference, of course, was another number. The Rams had three turnovers to the Bills’ zero in Los Angeles’ 30-19 loss.

“As I mentioned yesterday,” Fisher said, “the difference in this ball game, was the fact that they created turnovers — made big plays in two situations and we didn’t get any turnovers defensively.
