Though there may have been some question outside the building as to who would be behind center when the Rams take on the Jets in Week 10, Los Angeles head coach Jeff Fisher could not have been more clear when asked the question at his weekly Monday press conference.
“Case is starting,” Fisher said.
Of course, the Rams have No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff waiting in the wings to take over as the club’s franchise quarterback, which is why the question continues to come up. And while Fisher repeated he’s been pleased with Goff’s progress, Keenum will nevertheless remain the starter this weekend.
