Markus is Golden for Arizona

On the opening series of the second half Sunday against Los Angeles, Chandler Jones made history.

The Arizona linebacker beat Rams left tackle Greg Robinson on the edge, recording a strip-sack of quarterback Case Keenum from behind. Keenum lost control of the football and Jones recovered the fumble.

The history lay in the fact that it gave Jones a sack in each of his first four games this season. In the 96-year history of Cardinals football, dating back through their time in St. Louis and Chicago, no one had done that before.

But on the Cardinals’ next defensive series of the half, history repeated itself.
