NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Los Angeles Rams have waived WR Bradley Marquez now that he has come off of the injured reserve list:
#Rams release special teams ace Bradley Marquez off their IR. He's 100% healthy and can’t sign with the #Rams the rest of this season.

This isn’t the first time he’s been waived by the Rams, but will be the last, or at least this season as he can’t sign with the Rams again.
