With Saturday’s deadline to trim rosters down to 53 players, Los Angeles Rams fans have been anxiously waiting to see if Nelson Spruce would be lucky enough to earn a spot for the second year in a row, despite dealing with an injury over the last few weeks. Unfortunately, Rams fans received the news that many of them expected to hear after the wideout was waived by the team prior to the deadline.
The team site posted a list of players who were part of the roster cuts, and Spruce was one of a few names on the list that Los Angeles fans were hoping not to see.
