After three losses in a row, the Los Angeles Rams entered the bye week with plenty to think about as the argument can be made this team could easily be much better than their record indicates. However, the Rams did receive some help from two of their division rivals to at least put them in a little better shape heading into their Week 9 matchup against the Carolina Panthers.
Thanks to losses by the Seattle Seahawks (4-2-1) and Arizona Cardinals (3-4-1), the Rams were able to gain some ground in the NFC West standings as they head into Week 9 with a 3-4 record of their own.
