Between the Los Angeles Rams using the No. 1 pick on Jared Goff in the 2016 NFL Draft and the high expectations for Todd Gurley entering his second season, there’s a reason to be excited about this team in the NFC West this upcoming season.
The Rams are coming off a 2015 season in which they finished with a 7-9 record, but the argument can be made they would have won a few more games with a better quarterback. The main reason why Los Angeles managed to win seven games last year was due to their underrated defense and while they have the potential to be in top 10 in 2016, the team should see a major boost on offense with Goff most likely starting immediately as a rookie.
