Los Angeles Rams LT Andrew Whitworth broke the line as the first member of the team voted into the NFL’s Top 100 as voted upon by the players themselves.
Whitworth signed a year ago in free agency pushing out former #2 overall pick Greg Robinson.
The returns were immediate.
QB Jared Goff found more time to operate the offense under new Head Coach Sean McVay. RB Todd Gurley found more room to run and Gurley was offered significantly more protection on dump-offs and screens leading to a huge jump in impact in the receiving game.
