Entering the playoffs, one of the main jokes from the NFC playoff picture involved the irony behind three of the six starting quarterbacks having a connection to Jeff Fisher from his days coaching the Los Angeles Rams. While Jared Goff was the current starter for the Rams after leading the team to the No. 3 seed, Case Keenum (Minnesota Vikings) and Nick Foles (Philadelphia Eagles) would be participating in the playoffs as well.
To top the irony off, Goff was eliminated early on after Los Angeles fell to the Atlanta Falcons in the Wild Card Round while Keenum and Foles will be squaring off against each other this weekend when the Vikings travel to the City of Brotherly Love to take on the Eagles in the NFC Championship.
