If there was one obvious takeaway from the last two months of the NFL season, it was the MVP award was going to be handed to either Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley or New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Without question, both stars have made a strong case for the honors when looking at the impact Gurley and Brady have made for their beloved teams this season, although Gurley wishes he could be in Brady’s position at the moment by playing in Super Bowl LII against the Philadelphia Eagles.
After failing to record a single 100-yard rushing game last season, Gurley deserves plenty of credit for bouncing back with a career season after finding the end zone 19 total times while finishing with 2,093 yards from the line of scrimmage.
