After coming up short in a wild game, the Los Angeles Rams received more bad news from their medical staff.
Looks like the Rams will be without CB Kayvon Webster for the remainder of the season, potentially longer if he is still with the team next season. A ruptured Achilles tendon is nothing to shake a stick at. Medically speaking, it’s a 4-6 month recovery time. But that is stretched significantly for the NFL player as they put a lot of stress on the tendon during a game.
Unfortunately for Webster and the Rams, recovery typically creeps close to a year - which would put Webster back on the field next holiday season.
