Rams offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur interviewed for the Titans head coaching vacancy, Tennessee announced on Friday.
LaFleur is one of three candidates the Titans have announced they’ve interviewed this week since parting ways with Mike Mularkey. The others are Texans defensive coordinator Mike Vrabel and Panthers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks.
After spending a pair of years as Atlanta’s quarterbacks coach, LaFleur joined head coach Sean McVay’s staff in Los Angeles last winter and had a significant impact on quarterback Jared Goff’s second-year development. Though LaFleur did not call plays, he was integral in game planning and installation for the Rams in 2017.
