The LA Rams knew that the team had hit upon something special, or rather someone special when they reached the pinnacle of NFL aspirations by competing in Super Bowl LIII, just two years after assuming their head coaching position. Perhaps even more unlikely was the fact that the team’s rapid rise was orchestrated by a very young head coach, Sean Mcvay.
