The LA Rams coaching staff continues to deplete. The latest defection was that of strength and conditioning coach Ted Rath, whom the Philadelphia Eagles announced as signing on as their Director of Sports Performance. This is just one more coach whose role must now be filled by the LA Rams head coach Sean McVay.
