The Kansas City Chiefs were a big part of the fall programming lineup on KMOX (1120 AM), which was on the team's radio network. But the station will not be carrying the Super Bowl because NFL regulations do not permit local broadcasts of the event in secondary markets.
The national version of the coverage, in which the Chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday in Glendale, Ariz., will air locally on WXOS (101.1 FM) and is being produced again by Westwood One Radio Network.
