ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Case Keenum returned to St. Louis Rams practice on a limited basis after missing one workout due to a concussion.
The Rams (4-6) did not make Keenum available to the media Wednesday because he's still in the concussion protocol. Coach Jeff Fisher said he was optimistic, but would know better Friday about Keenum's availability.
St. Louis players have the day off Thursday.
Keenum made his first start of the year last week and was injured late in a loss at Baltimore. He split reps with Nick Foles, who lost his job after several rough outings.
