It shouldn't be much of a surprise that Johnny Manziel doesn't have a need for his house in Ohio anymore.
Manziel, who is from Texas and has been seen pretty often in the Los Angeles area this offseason, was cut by the Cleveland Browns in March. Manziel once gave Browns fans hope that he could change the team's dreadful history at quarterback; instead the first-round pick flamed out after two seasons.

With little need for a house in the Cleveland suburb of Avon anymore, Manziel is selling.
