THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- The Los Angeles Rams had essentially moved on by Tuesday afternoon, with more than 24 hours separating them from the firing of Jeff Fisher. The attention had shifted to the Seattle Seahawks, their Thursday night opponent on the road. And the players had their second practice under John Fassel, the energetic special-teams coordinator who has been named the interim coach.
Off to the side, Rams COO Kevin Demoff, the man who coordinated with owner Stan Kroenke in the decision to move on from Fisher, stood next to general manager Les Snead, who is now left to wonder what his own future holds.
