LA Rams quarterback is open to re-structuring his contract in order to create more cap space for the team, according to a tweet by ESPN’s Lindsey Thiry on Wednesday. Goff is going into the fifth year of his career, with the four-year, $134 million extension he signed in 2019 not kicking off until 2021.
Goff’s 2020 cap hit is a little more than $36 million, the highest in the NFL.
