You could hear it in Todd Gurley's soft voice: “I heard that before the game, and I was kind of (mad),” he said of the firing of Georgia coach Mark Richt. Gurley was wearing a red Georgia shirt as he talked after the Rams' Sunday loss. “He's just a great dude, great coach, man. I just hate to see that happen.
“Oh man, that definitely hurts.”
Gurley was one of the best players to play for Richt, an accomplished coach who would, incidentally, be a great get for Mizzou.
