The Los Angeles Rams and wide receiver Cooper Kupp enter an important season. After back-to-back years in which Kupp has dealt with injuries and taken a step back, it seems almost now or never for the Rams wide receiver. While that may be slightly hyperbolic, another season in which he misses a handful of games and doesn’t eclipse 1,000 yards, it gets to be hard to justify the almost $30M price-tag.
Following this season, the Rams will have an ‘out’ in Kupp’s contract in which any dead money that would be taken on becomes manageable.
