The St. Louis Rams, with team partner Prairie Farms, recently hosted a PLAY 60 assembly at Koch Elementary in the Riverview Gardens School District to promote an active lifestyle and healthy eating choices.
St. Louis Rams linebacker Cameron Lynch, Rams Legends Community Member Aeneas Williams, Rams cheerleaders and team mascot Rampage were on hand for the event. Igniting the crowd, Lynch and Williams served as co-emcees for the PLAY 60 Challenge Game show, where students competed in physical challenges to accumulate the most points. From running in place, to jumping jacks, to a milk chugging contest, students engaged in 60 minutes of exercises and were taught the importance of being active, eating healthy foods and drinking milk.
