The Rams started fast and have come up with big plays, but a two-minute drive by the Cardinals tied the game at 10 heading into halftime. Here are some notes from the first two quarters of action.
TWO WEEKS, TWO TOUCHDOWNS
Wide receiver Brian Quick caught his second explosive-play touchdown in two weeks to get the Rams on the board in the first quarter.
On 3rd-and-7, quarterback Case Keenum had good protection and fired a ball to Quick toward the right sideline. Quick snagged the ball in the air just out of the reach of Arizona cornerback Marcus Cooper, then made safety Tony Jefferson miss.
