FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) -- Falcons running back Devonta Freeman says it was ''motivation to me'' when he was walking in his neighborhood this week and saw 82-year-old Eleanor Szendel struggling to empty the bag on her lawn mower.
Freeman stopped to offer his help and says he also offered to cut her grass in the future. Szendel's grandchildren attended Florida State, where Freeman starred before playing for the Falcons. One of the kids, Bryan Szendel, recognized Freeman and asked for a photo.
Soon the photo was on Instagram - complete with details of Freeman's good deed.
