Former Rams WR Kenny Britt Defends Decision to Join Browns On Twitter

Even though the Los Angeles Rams never seemed to be in the running to bring back Kenny Britt in free agency, it was quite the surprise to see the wideout end up signing with the Cleveland Browns when considering how many other teams were showing interest. Not only is Britt coming off an impressive 2016 campaign in which he caught 68 passes for 1,002 yards to go along with five touchdowns, but he gave the Rams their first 1,000-yard receiver since the 2007 season.

Despite all of this, it seemed clear the organization wanted to move on from one of the guys Jeff Fisher brought on board three years ago, but a fresh start with a new team always seemed like the best option, no matter what.
