Despite spending the last four seasons as a member of the Los Angeles Rams, all signs pointed to T.J. McDonald finding a new home for the 2017 season, as all signs pointed to the team parting ways with their former safety once free agency got underway. Turns out, the Rams may have made the right decision after McDonald found out he would be forced to miss the first eight games of the regular season due to a suspension, but that hasn’t stopped the Miami Dolphins from at least taking a chance.
According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, McDonald has agreed to a one-year deal with the Dolphins to help fill their need at the safety position.
