In the never ending world of talking about how nobody can replace Aaron Donald on the Rams (we know), there is another former L.A. defensive lineman getting shouted out in training camp. Just not Rams training camp. Former undrafted free agent Jonah Williams, who reunited with former L.A. coach Kevin O’Connell by signing with the Minnesota Vikings as a free agent in the offseason, is apparently making a name for himself similar to when he made the Rams after going undrafted in 2021.
Vikings’ SI writer Will Ragatz notes how Williams is standing out at Minnesota’s training camp and says he is a “name to know”:
Jonah Williams is a name to know on the defensive line.
