With the new calendar year officially underway in the NFL, the Los Angeles Rams made a tough decision on Thursday to part ways with Lance Kendricks after six seasons. Now, it looks like the veteran tight end will be fortunate to be part of one of the league’s top offenses run by Aaron Rodgers.
The Green Bay Packers continued to stay busy with adding tight ends after announcing Kendricks will be coming on board for the 2017 season. On Friday, the team made one of the biggest surprises of free agency by signing Super Bowl champion Martellus Bennett to a three-year deal, so it’s been a busy last 24 hours for Green Bay.
