The Rams re-signed Tutu Atwell to a solid $10 million contract for the upcoming campaign, and while it’s a fairly affordable deal for L.A., it’s a nice payday for the Year 5 wide receiver, but does this contract actually mean that Atwell will finally have his breakout year?

Last season, the Los Angeles Rams had Puka Nacua, Kyren Williams, Cooper Kupp and Tutu Atwell. Atwell garnered 42 receptions, 562 yards and zero touchdowns. Not a bad season, not a phenomenal one.
