EARTH CITY, Mo. -- Looking back at the turning-point play in the St. Louis Rams’ 31-7 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday:
The situation: In a game as lopsided as this one, there's not really any one play that changes its outcome, but there's often one or two early in the game that give you an idea of how the rest of the game is going to go. In this instance, I considered a penalty against the Rams' special teams as the turning point, but there's not much to break down on a penalty so we're going a different direction.
