Last week, we started these Ram-blings with a look at ESPN NFL writer Bill Barnwell's offseason grades for every NFL team. On Wednesday, a panel of ESPN NFL analysts joined ESPN Insider Mike Sando to evaluate the offseason of every NFL team and hand out grades for all of them.
As it turned out, the group, which includes Field Yates, Louis Riddick, Bill Polian and Mark Dominik, saw the Los Angeles Rams' offseason in a similar light to Barnwell. Barnwell gave the Rams a 'C' largely because he didn't see the value in trading so many picks to land Jared Goff and didn't like that they retained coach Jeff Fisher.
