Does Les Snead deserve more criticism for return value in trades?

When the Los Angeles Rams traded away linebacker Ernest Jones, it wasn’t thought that the team would get a lot. While the Chicago Bears got a second and fifth round pick for Roquan Smith, that was never going to be the haul for Jones. Still it would have been expected for the Rams to get more than they got from the Tennessee Titans. The result being a 2026 fifth round pick while giving up a 2026 sixth round pick.

General manager Les Snead traded away a young linebacker that just set the franchise record in tackles for a pick swap on day three of a draft taking place in two years.
