BattleHawks are favored in DC
First place in the XFL’s Eastern Division is on the line Sunday when the BattleHawks play at the (Washington) DC Defenders.
The B-Hawks (3-1) have a half-game lead over New York (3-2), which beat host Dallas 30-12 on Saturday. The Defenders are 2-2, so if the BattleHawks fall there will be a three-way tie for the division lead. But a victory would leave them a game ahead of New York and two in front of DC. Tampa Bay, the other team in the East, is 1-3 and plays Sunday at Los Angeles.
