The most well-known narrative of Rams training camp so far this year seems to be the unfortunate number and nature of injuries in the secondary. With Derion Kendrick out for the season with a torn ACL, the Rams will now be replacing the three most heavily-targeted players on their defense last season instead of only two.
On the bright side, none of L.A.’s starters are expected to miss Week 1 against the Detroit Lions.
The Rams signed Jerry Jacobs after Kendrick’s injury, but the topic of bringing back Ahkello Witherspoon has been in the air all offseason.
