With the addition of Wade Phillips, the Los Angeles Rams hope their beloved defense can return to the dominant level, and be considered one of the best in the league with Aaron Donald leading the way. The Rams certainly made a key addition on Monday with the signing of Kayvon Webster at cornerback, but it appears they were trying to land another former member of the Denver Broncos in DeMarcus Ware.
ESPN’s Field Yates reported on Monday how Ware met with the team over the weekend, which coincidentally happened to be the same day the defensive superstar announced his retirement from the NFL.
