It appears likely the Rams will be without two defensive starters and their kicker when they take on the red-hot Arizona Cardinals noon Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome.
On Friday's injury report, two-time Pro Bowl defensive end Robert Quinn (back), cornerback Trumaine Johnson (thigh) and kicker Greg Zuerlein (right hip) were listed doubtful. In NFL terms, doubtful means there is just a 25 percent chance of playing on Sunday.
None of the three players practiced this week.
Quinn started the season's first seven games, sat a week and then saw limited action against Chicago. He was inactive in recent games at Baltimore and at Cincinnati.
