The Sacramento County district attorney's office on Tuesday said it has declined to file charges against Los Angeles Rams defensive end Ethan Westbrooks pending further investigation, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Westbrooks was arrested March 5 on suspicion of domestic violence after police had responded to a call regarding a child custody dispute and found injuries to the upper body of the mother of one of Westbrooks' children. An investigation determined she had suffered non-life-threatening injuries during a domestic violence incident that involved Westbrooks, according to a news release issued by the Sacramento Police Department.
