It has been a week of ups-and-downs for Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle (DT) Cory Durden. After showing solid work in preseason games, he received the ultimate high of being named to L.A.’s opening roster. But after a single day, the bottom dropped out and the second-year prospect out of Florida State was waived in favor of a veteran signee, DT Neville Gallimore.
While his journey isn’t quite full circle, he does return to the Rams, it was announced earlier today he had been inked to the practice squad (PS). Unit mate Tuli Letuligasenoa was released to make room for Durden.
