ST. JOSEPH, MO. • Even before the NFL relocation vote sent Stan Kroenke’s Rams off to Los Angeles, Kansas City Chiefs officials were talking about possibilities in the St. Louis market.
“The what-if scenarios, and making sure that we were positioned correctly,” Chiefs president Mark Donovan said. “The one thing that kept resonating in all our conversations prior to (the vote) was, let’s do this the right way.
