LOS ANGELES - Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson left Sunday's game in the first quarter against the Los Angeles Rams with a left knee injury and did not return.
Initial tests on Johnson's knee showed meniscus damage but his ACL is still intact, according to a source. He will have an MRI on Monday for further clarity.
He was questionable to return, per a press box announcement, but was on the sideline in the third quarter wearing a sweatshirt and a brace on his left knee over his warm-up pants.
