It's quite the opposite situation for the city's other new sports team — St. Louis City SC has the longest odds of any of Major League Soccer club to claim the crown.
The big difference — the Battlehawks are one of just eight teams playing in a league that had been idle for almost three years. But City SC is the lone expansion team in the long-established MLS, which now has 29 squads.
