All quiet in terms of any future for the NFL in St. Louis

HOUSTON • A little more than a year has passed since NFL owners voted to move the Rams back to Los Angeles from St. Louis, a decision made in this very city that is hosting Super Bowl LI on Sunday between New England and Atlanta.

During his annual Super Bowl press conference Wednesday, league commissioner Roger Goodell said he has had no conversations with St. Louis or Missouri officials about St. Louis as a future league market.

"I had some conversations with your new governor (Eric Greitens), but it was around the Kansas City playoff game where we had the inclement weather _ the dangerous weather, frankly, where we had to modify the kickoff time," Goodell said.
