After a tough 27-20 loss to the Washington Redskins last weekend, the Los Angeles Rams look to bounce back against the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday in what will hopefully turn into an exciting NFC West battle. Even though the 49ers enter this matchup still in search of their first win, let’s not forget the Rams lost both meetings to their rivals in 2016, and if Kyle Shanahan‘s squad continues that success, Carlos Hyde will most likely play a big role in the reason why it happens.
The former Ohio State star has gotten off to a hot start despite the team’s 0-2 record heading into Week 3 by averaging seven yards per carry over the first two games, and there’s nothing Hyde would love more than to continue that success on Thursday against Los Angeles.
