Between being the No. 1 pick in the 1997 NFL Draft to and being lucky enough for seven Pro Bowl selections, former St. Louis Rams offensive tackle Orlando Pace will always be considered one of the best players at his position.
Pace topped off what was already a phenomenal NFL career with a remarkable acceptance speech on Saturday as he was officially inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Ever since he stepped onto the football field in college as a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes, it was clear that Pace would one day go on to dominate opponents at the NFL level and without him, there’s a good chance the “Greatest Show on Turf” may never have existed.
