St. Louis is currently on a three game winning streak and can end the season with a 5-1 record in the division. Unfortunately for San Francisco they are riding a three game losing streak and have zero wins in division play.
Rams quarterback Case Keenum holds a 3-1 record since being handed the starting role, but could have some trouble with a key Rams player doubtful for the matchup. Running back Todd Gurley is listed as doubtful which means Tre Mason could get the start Sunday.
