In what really wasn’t that much of a surprise since it was kind of expected, the Los Angeles Rams decided to trade out of the first round of Thursday’s 2019 NFL Draft with the Atlanta Falcons.
While the Falcons acquired the rights to the No. 31 and No. 203 picks, the Rams were able to get No. 45 and No. 79.
When considering this move put Los Angeles in the second round when they didn’t have a pick before along with an extra third rounder, this deal actually works out great for the Rams since there will be plenty of great prospects to consider once on the clock at No.
