Originally undrafted in 2016 and eventually latching on with the Los Angeles Rams, OL Aaron Neary never had it easy. The UDFA has spent time with the Denver Broncos, Philadelphia Eagles, the Rams, Cleveland Browns, and then a second stint with the Rams.
Neary has spent majority of his NFL career on practice squads, including both the Eagles’ and Rams’ practice squads. The main issue for Neary is not that he hasn’t made himself distinguishable, it’s that he’s had run-ins with the NFL (and law) over a misdemeanor DUI and hit and run in 2018, as well as recently being suspended for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.
