Well, here we go. Free agency is upon us for 2019, and that means the Los Angeles Rams have their first opportunity to begin to re-shape their roster after Super Bowl LIII with the 2019 NFL Draft a little more than a month away.
Tampering officially opens on Monday, March 11 with the free agency doors swinging wide open two days later on Wednesday, March 13, at 4pm ET/1pm PT.
Here’s everything you need to keep track:
March 5: Rams release ILB Mark Barron with one year left on deal freeing up more than $5m
March 5: Rams decline final-year option on C John Sullivan to return more than $5m
March 10: Should the Rams look into EDGE Justin Houston now that he has been released by the Kansas City Chiefs?
