The 2016 Los Angeles Rams are conducting their first organized team activity today as we hit the next rung in the ladder that is Phase III of the NFL Offseason.
Per the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement from 2011, no contact is permitted and no pads are worn in the 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills.
