Prior to the Los Angeles Lakers' road game against the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night, Hornets owner and NBA legend Michael Jordan paid tribute to Lakers star Kobe Bryant on the big screen at the Time Warner Cable Arena.
Bryant will retire after the 2015-16 NBA season, finishing off a career with a list of accomplishments rivaled by only a few players in NBA history -- including "His Airness."
The Jordan/Kobe "who's better" debate has raged for years now, but the professional respect runs deep between the two regardless of the hype.
It's easy to see that in the above tribute video.
